A friend is currently in search of houses in Italy, particularly in the "Porta Romana" area. Unfortunately, the websites he has explored do not provide information about the price per square meter (m²). To assist him in making a well-informed investment decision, I have developed a program that calculates the price per square meter based on the available data. This program aims to enhance his property search by providing an additional metric for evaluating potential investments.

We will extract data from Immobiliare.it.
