Summary
Update allejo/jekyll-toc to the latest version (v1.0.14 at present).
Fixes various issues, notably the one fixed in v1.0.12 - the layout failed to generate a valid ToC if the first heading has the class
no_toc. This would be common (and sometimes unavoidable) when one puts a notice block with a H4 at the beginning of an article.
