Short demo of what a team handbook could look like

1. Create a python virtual environment: python -m venv venv
2. Activate virtual environment: source venv/bin/activate
3. Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Start local live reload server: mkdocs serve
5. Edit files in "/docs"
