1. add the code to MATLAB path.

2.rename the data containing Excel file to 'RAW DATA'.

3.press 'cal' in MATLAB command line to start processing data

4.The out put result: 'FWHM_cherry'、'FWHM_gfp'、'value_cherry'、'value_gfp'、'ratio' means :FWHM of m_cherry & gfp value、mean value of FWHM of m_cherry & gfp value,ratio: the ratio of mean value of m_cherry & gpf.
