While Microsoft is the driving force behind VSCode (and hence Code - OSS), neglecting the impact the community has on this project would be unfair (in my opinion). I believe that this small change would go a long way towards appreciating external contributors and building a better and more open community.

Thus, I propose to state the Microsoft develops VSCode together with the community in the README.md.
