terminal warning actions cannot be selected if only one terminal is open

with settings

  "python.terminal.activateEnvInCurrentTerminal": true,
  "python.terminal.activateEnvironment": true,

1. activate the python extension and select an interpreter.
2. open a single terminal, python environment gets activated
3. change the active interpreter
   🐛 a warning shows but I can't get to the actions unless I open a second terminal

also you can tell that I struggled a bit to actually click the actions in the dialog
