Description of the new feature / enhancement

There should be an option to make PowerRename and Image Resizer context menu entries appear in the 'Show more options' menu in Windows 11.

Scenario when this would be used?

Many users of Windows 11 use a registry tweak to force Explorer to only show the 'Show more options' menu by default and with the change in the PowerToys v0.60.0 update those context menu entries only appear in the original Windows 11 context menu and thus those entries are inaccessible to the users using this registry tweak.

This issue could probably be considered duplicate of #19219 as it describes pretty much the same problem and has been mentioned as fixed in the new v0.60.1 update which I can confirm, so I'm closing this issue.
