Description of the issue

PSRule.Static analysis.Has no quality errors fails during CI process inconsistently. Rerunning from same commit often does not reproduce the same issue making this issue extremely hard to identify. Most commonly the issue occurs on MacOS builds, but has been know to occur on other platforms too.

Continue monitoring with Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer -Verbose to collect additional information for logging an issue.

Additional context

Currently the issue seems to be related to AvoidReservedCharInCmdlet rule reported as PSReservedCmdletChar.
