In this milestone, we had the following notable changes:

1. We have released an alpha version of our Medplum "agent" an on premise data connector
2. We had notable changes to the AccessPolicy feature to allow for advanced workflow (e.g. you can specify in an AccessPolicy that blocks finalizing DiagnosticReports)
3. We had many enhancements to our FHIR Questionnaire react component
4. Enhancements to and fixes for Search

We also enhanced our documentation for:

1. Patient deduplication and EMPI workflows
2. Capturing vitals
3. Data modeling for "communications" and messaging
