Describe the issue
Integration tests on master are failing consistently with:

 1) accessing couch clustering endpoint
should allow authenticated access through docker network @docker:
AssertionError: expected undefined to equal 'medic-test'
      at expectCorrectMetadata (/home/runner/work/cht-core/cht-core/tests/integration/couchdb/couch_chttpd.spec.js:38:27)
      at Context.<anonymous> (/home/runner/work/cht-core/cht-core/tests/integration/couchdb/couch_chttpd.spec.js:72:5)
      at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:95:5)

example run: https://github.com/medic/cht-core/actions/runs/9490060269/job/26153128948

I'm suspecting some docker compose issue.
