This PR adds a basic cross-document (MPA) view transitions demo to the repo.
It reorganizes the repo a bit, so that the existing SPA view transitions demo is put in a separate
spafolder, and the new one in anmpafolder.Note that as of March 25th, these features only work in Chrome with chrome:https://flags/#view-transition-on-navigation flag enabled.
