I tried to use this wonderful application over tmux but it didn't work.
Then I found pixterm. https://github.com/eliukblau/pixterm
I also forked pixterm for some problem and fixed it, then cat appears!
But unfortunately the cat was not displayed in high resolution.
I checked this disappointed displaying with gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) and iTerm2 (macOS) over tmux.
Sorry I haven't tested on Windows.
