How to create Doxygen documentation

* cd into yout Salute folder
* $ doxygen doxygen.conf
* you documentation will appear into doxygen folder. In doxgen/html you'll find html files, into doxyge/latex you'll find .tex files.
* if you want to compile .tex files, cs into that folder and run
  $ make
  it'll compile and create 'refman.pdf'

How to compile .tex documentation
=================================
* cd into documentation folder
* run $ pdflatex documentation.tex
