The rolling upgrade is documented as working for 6.8 to 7.15 |

Tested and confirmed the upgrade worked. No regressions noted yet. This is currently using the OSS package. We can discuss if we want to use the more recent non-OSS docker images later. |

Figure this can be paired with #16915
I need to investigate if the 6.8.10 can be migrated to 7.10.2 automatically with a rolling upgrade. I believe there is no human interaction required on these versions.
