Link between /api/v1/preferences and /api/v1/accounts/update_credentials

I wasn’t aware that it was even possible to update user preferences from a third-party app, so this PR adds links both ways to show that it’s possible.

it's not

at least, not really. as explained in mastodon/mastodon#22706 (comment):

update_credentials is not intended to be the way to set all preferences, either -- you can only set three specific preferences related to authoring statuses, and only for historical reasons. see mastodon/mastodon#7021 (and consider it half-done), i suppose.
