Another fix for decimal separator parsing, now uses invariant culture.
When using German locale was giving this error: 'The value for int16 is either too great or too small'.
Will probably now loose support for Win8 users, sorry.

Fix for comma separator.
Error was 'the format of the input string is incorrect'
