simple knock knock joke generator

the classic knock knock joke has a set up with one word (or phrase) and ends with a punchline that adds on to the set up word

this script uses a phonetic dictionary to build a list of possible 'punchlines' based on a randomly selected set up word, and chooses from the list of punchlines
