Sketch returns the artboard name url encoded, so we had to decode it when displaying the title.

New settings menu and possibility to turn off sound thanks to @mittelgrau

• by default the users default browser will be used to show the design #5
• when a user selects a layer the parent artboard will be shown #3
• multiple artboards can now be selected
• shortcut is by default switched to shift + cmd + p #1
