Skyline plugin will now use base64 encoded gif by default which is way more optimized (both in rendering and in file size) than using hacks using CSS animations.
Animated gifs within GitHub context is not supported by some browsers (notably Firefox and Safari), but previous behaviour can be enabled again using
plugin_skyline_compatibility: yes.
