The global options should be placed before the subcommand and the subcommand specific options should be placed after said subcommand, currently, there is only the search subcommand which has any.

So the following command will work:

cuff -r -s -k search -c tv big buck bunny

But for the following command the -s option will be interpreted by the search subcommand parsing and expect a SORTKEY, the -kand -r options will fail to be parsed.

cuff search -r -s -k -c tv big buck bunny

So I think the current help msg is more accurate.
