This is a simple webserver that satisfies the ingress, which means it does the following things:
- Serves 404 at
/ - Serves 200 on a
/healthz - Serves Metrics on a
/metrics - Serves 404 on
/healthzand/metricsif X-Forwarded-For header is set.
