Initial import of xmpp4r from SVN to Git repo.

git svn -A xmpp4r-authors --revision 174:HEAD clone svn+ssh:https://[email protected]/svn/xmpp4r/trunk/xmpp4r xmpp4

Import started at rev 174 since the whole xmpp4r dir was accidentally removed at rev 173 which
caused git-svn clone to bomb.

And finally enter version number in Rakefile and lib/xmpp4r/xmpp4r.rb
