This repository host pydecomp, a python decomposition library. Details are given in the relevant folder.

A relevant IPython notebook is provide as a gateway to pydecomp. It can be used to reproduce the synthetic data section of "Numerical Study of Low Rank Approximation Methods for Mechanics Data and its Analysis" Lucas Lestandi submitted to Journal of Scientific Computing.

Some typical output graphs are provided.

If you intend to use adios, it is recommended to install with conda using:

$ conda install -c conda-forge adios 

Same for h5py with

$ conda install -c conda-forge h5py

In the setup.py directory, simply run

$ pip install .
