Some changes to make editing and deleting the providers work.

thanks @Axel-Erfurt, there are interesting changes in this PR but I can't merge it because they're all mixed in together with unwanted changes. Please don't modify debian/changelog. We don't want to commit to translating README, we'll only have it English. Changes to the software are welcome but they each need their own individual PRs. I'll close this one in the meantime. |
