Improvements for XTream API

• Added method to gracefully handle connection errors during authentication and loading
• Added setting to not load adult content Hypnotix IPtv - Parental Control (hide channels?) #207 . This is only possible if the provider sets the is_adult flag for the relevant streams.
• Added sorting by stream name
• Added Waiting cursor while loading XTream streams
• Changed the handling of special characters in streams. Some streams were dropped.
• Changed print formatting

Hi can you rebase this please, off of the current master branch - there are a lots of conflicts, I think due to some of these commits being rather old - I could try to do it if you don't feel comfortable, but I can't really test it. Also, can you please squash down into one or two commits, and include this PR description in the commit message.

Some folks don't like other people squashing their commits, which is why I ask first and offer to do it.
