The Adding Your Service guide incorrectly references linkerd#155, which has been resolved. Remove it.

Currently, if you have a number of routers configured for a single Linkerd instance, you can only turn all of them off/on enmasse (by stopping or starting the instance). It would be useful to be able to administratively turn off or on routers on an individual basis, and be able to check on the status of individual routers.
