We should add integration tests (i.e under namerd/storage/consul/src/integration) that exercise end-to-end interactions with a real consul server.

Should verify dtab store functionality, as well as stats measurement.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like it will require modification of the container image that is used to run tests... Or do we want to download Consul agent dynamically during each test?
