Change of postal address, and bank account closure

My father has died. His house was officially the headquarters of the Liberapay org, because I lived there when the org was created. The org's first bank account, which we don't use anymore (but still has a €408 balance), is at a local bank for the same reason. Since the house won't stay in the family we have to change the headquarters address, and since I've moved to another region we should close the bank account.

I got Stripe to accept the document, after tweaking it so Liberapay's postal address appears in it in exactly the same way as on paper mail.

The web service to submit the bylaws to the French administration is currently down for maintenance, so I'll deal with that later.
