This pull request updates the
docker-build.ymlfile to include thepre_releaseoption and thebase-latesttag. Thepre_releaseoption is now included as a boolean type with a default value oftrue. Additionally, thebase-latesttag is now added to thetagsfield when therelease_typeis set to "base". This ensures that the latest base image is tagged aslangflowai/langflow:base-latest.
