Awesome! I added a definition upon Pangolin discovery in CMakeLists (otherwise the visualization stuff would not compile). |

This allows cilantro to be included in other projects via
add_subdirectory.Additionally, I made the build optional on Pangolin, such that Eigen is the only requirement.
