This PR demonstrates how to embed the seed.yaml into the content section. The new page is a draft because I don't yet know how much we will be documenting here vs. other sections of the documentation. And I also don't know when we want to publish the Seed CRD stuff.
This PR also overrides the default build command so that Netlify will not just render future articles, but also drafts.
