What do you mean by more stable? USR2 should restart workers (https://github.com/puma/puma/blob/6479e6b26b2b4ac7d09a78cd7b1e04470d8a213e/docs/signals.md)

USR2 for soft restart workers. If you need hard restart puma, use eye stop puma; eye start puma
