Controlling a perfusion setup using an Arduino Uno and PyFirmata

Python scripts and wiring diagram to control a Warner Scientifc perfusion apparatus using PyFirmata and Python.

This setup is used to locally perfuse cells with two different buffer solutions.

Perfusion is started manually by flipping a switch connected to the Arduino controller to allow tight control of perfusion events.
