Zsh - Path slot plugin
- To add a kind of "Slot" (or short cut) to your terminal.
- Internally, this plugin uses named directory examples:aliasdirs - ZshWiki.
- Originally, this plugin was developed for Zsh.
- Named as "zslot"
zslot [options] [name] [path]
After you register the record, you can open stored directory as follows.
cd ~registered_name
If you want to omit ~
when you open directory with cd
, enable option CDABLE_VARS
in .zshrc
.
-a, --add
USAGE:
zslot -a [name] [path]
zslot --add [name] [path]
-u, --update
USAGE:
zslot -u [name] [new dest]
zslot --update [name] [new dest]
-r, --remove
USAGE:
zslot -r [name]

defines file path of persistent store.
