The month view should preceed the week view when the week starts on the first day of the month. #115

The Calendar is presented visually as Year, Month, Week, and Day. But the pdf page order does not respect this hierarchy.

Repro:

Generate a 2024 Preview with Monday as the Week Start Day.
Navigate to pages 2 and 3 of the PDF.

Notice the Month view page (#3) follows the Day view page (#2).

This also occurs on pages 135 and 136 for April.
