The min php version of this bundle is php 7.1.3. So I add 7.1, 7.2 and 7.4

Todo

  • Add all php 7 versions
  • Run php cs fixer once
  • Run phpstan once

I changed a couple of other things as well and implemented your ideas in #160 - this PR is obsolete.
