Dockerized web-brogue so you can run this locally

1. Install docker and docker-compose (tested onlinux)
2. run docker-compose pull (or skip this if you feel like building the docker image)
3. run docker-compose up
4. Play on localhost:8080 in the browser, or from your LAN
