This repo contains the Julia notebook with some analyses for migration barriers.
plots use Python's pyplot but all other anlyses is done within Julia. Also contains Some plots in png format are sharing among collaborators
Most of the raw data is not here due to size constraints. Only processed final set of files that are then analyzed are available here. This particular analyses is only for 1 set of data -- only 1.4 GB.
All data is available in mass storage on NERSC clusters under m2208 project. Runs accounting for change in widths are elsewhere.
