Summary

To make it possible to write documentation that is somewhat stable over time, it would be nice to have something like the latest tag on container images. However latest can be super misleading, especially when there are multiple active release branches at the same time.

This PR therefore does not use latest, but instead simply the branch name (e.g. main) as additional tags on the generated manifests. This would allow for example the kcp helm-charts to just reference kcp-dev/kcp:main.

Release Notes

Container images are now not just tagged with their version, but also the branch name.
