you need expo-cli

If you have not installed expo-cli run the following command to install first.

npm install -g expo-cli

and reaact-native-maps, react-native-snap-carousel which will be installed by the following command (yarn install).

git clone https://github.com/kawashimaken/map_with_snap_carousel
cd map_with_snap_carousel
yarn install
yarn start

Your brower will be opened with expo page.

Start you iPhone camera, and read the barcode shown in the browser, and open the link in expo(you have already install expo app in you iPhone)
