Describe the pull
Currently, this does cause a bit of a UX problem where the number jumps around if ALT is released and then the mouse moves.

Another possibility would be to check for ALT when the drag starts and switch step values then.

A clear and concise description of what the pull is for.

Describe how this pull is helpful
Improves the lives of the users when the step value is too large and they want to fine tune some settings

Additional context
Scott#6969 ran into this for the AntiAFK module, which is why AntiAFK has it first.

Currently, this does cause a bit of a UX problem where the number jumps around if ALT is released and then the mouse moves.
