because API service vaksinasi-corona.jakarta.go.id is sometime laggy, I made mirror API that simplify the data in need to see the availability of the vaksin around jakarta

• 0.1.0 add the time
• 0.2.0 add the detail location

• 0.4.0 add the kuota ke inside the waktu, integrated with https://jkt-vax-quota.vercel.app/

• 0.6.0 add daily_archive to store a data vax everyday
• 0.7.0 because the data will change every 6 hour, so the archive change with format date-number.json for example 2021-02-03-1.json the number variable is 24 hour format divided by 6, round up and add one int(datetime.now().hour/6)+1 it will be range from 1-4
• 0.7.1 fixing the data location by adding the key wilayah so the location name will be concated with city name, so the nominatim will not give a confusing result, but the data is much clean now, maybe there will be a decrease data over time
