Build status:

Primary test environments

Latest Ubuntu LTS (currently 20.04.4) 64-bit with Python 3.9, CMake 3.22.3, and other dependencies obtained from conda. We compile with GNU 10.3.0.
Latest macOS (currently 11.64.6) 64-bit with Python 3.9, CMake 3.22.3, and other dependencies obtained from conda. We compile with Clang 12.0.1.
