A ready .jar file can be downloaded from Realeases. It does nothing as there was no requirement for CLI functionality/demo.

This project has been created using SBT. Clone it and run

sbt compile
sbt test
sbt run

To build it and run tests attached in src/test/scala.
Intellij users can also use the "Checkout from version control feature".
