Due to dependency conflicts I removed dependency to rand_regex and thus disabled the subcommand generate (f2f4900).
We need a proper substitute for it.
It is important that the substitute crate should depend on [email protected] to circumvent the version conflicts.

rand_regex has recently updated all dependencies 👍. So, I will reenable the subcommand generate again soon.
