1. Download this profile for the Leopold FC660M to work well on the Mac: karabiner-import.sh
2. Import the profile: $ sh ~/Desktop/karabiner-import.sh

1. Download private.xml to allow the Insert/Delete keys to work as Volume Up/Down: private.xml
2. Replace the contents into your own private.xml file. Instructions
