Should fix preload errors for some windows users in the process.

@joe27g <@246107833295175681> Recommend to merge this (since it's affecting ptb, and stable is likely to follow very shortly), because I realized it'd likely affect nearly any windows user due to the paths (guess it wasn't properly escaped or something, but the method this pr swaps that too, it fixed that bug in the process (didn't like JSON strings, or parsing for that anyway) |
