This plugin has been in various states from almost working to chaotically broken for quite some time, and it seems it's having more errors now. It needs to be recreated, which might be easier after the change allowing unmentionable roles to be mentionable by anyone with the administrator permission.

Merge beta to master, minus some broken plugins

- Remove updater since it is incomplete & has bugs
- Remove char count due to #123
- Remove tag all due to #129
