UPDATE: reset to 0 to fix a bug on the LC Mobile Promotions app force the content to scroll to the minimum/maximum y value of its container this update won't disable the bouncing effect.
The bounce buffer before was set to 40px. We had to set it to 0 as the 40px value produced a gap on the top/bottom of a list while scrolling.
