ACT Intranet site. User can impersonation another user based on 'Role' taxonomy term

This custom module will add a dropdown select list to the header in a block. When user selects a 'role' the webpage wil reload showing what a user with that 'role' choosen will look like. Included is a 'Reset' option for the current user to switch back to their original role.
